Raqim — the inscribed one — is what was carved to last.
We turn what works at Clouds Coffeeshop into a service for other cafés, restaurants and food or beverage businesses.
Raqim was founded in Aleppo in February 2025 to bring cafés, restaurants and other food or beverage businesses what the best companies already have: a business that runs on systems and data, not on people repeating routine work.
Clouds Coffeeshop is where we prove the model. There, AI agents handle the routine work usually given to supervisors, and the café knows its customers from their first visit.
