The place
Clouds is a coffeeshop and productivity space in Aleppo. It helps students and young entrepreneurs get more done, with really good coffee and drinks beside them.
The idea
Most cafés run on people repeating routine work every day. At Clouds, that work runs on systems, so the team spends its time on what people do best: great coffee and looking after guests.
What we built
Standard operations
Written operating procedures and daily workflows, from opening to closing, so the café runs the same way on every shift.
AI agents, not supervisors
AI agents follow up on staff tasks, keep the books and watch daily operations: the routine work most cafés give to supervisors and back-office staff.
Guests known from the first visit
From a guest's first visit, we learn what they order, when they come and how they use the space. We use it to serve them better and to decide what comes next.
Where it stands
The full operating system is still being built. The AI agents and the guest knowledge are in daily use. Each part proves itself at Clouds first, before Raqim offers it to anyone else.
What comes next
